Technical Maintenance is handled by qualified professionals who oversee the air conditioning, swimming pool, and electrical systems. We also handle the management of domestic staff (gardeners, cooks, security guards), including recruitment and daily supervision.

Comprehensive management: full day-to-day management of the property, coordination of maintenance and repairs, administrative support, and ongoing optimization of rental performance
These packages allow you to delegate all or part of the management process according to your needs, with professional support to maximize your revenue and the quality of your guest experience.
note: Before the property is listed for rent, if we determine that a thorough cleaning or initial refurbishment of the unit (pre-rental cleaning) is necessary to ensure optimal quality standards, this will be billed in addition to the management fee.
